THE PROCESS
STEP BY STEP FROM MIND TO REALITY
M y job as an engineer has always helped me to work in an organized and efficient manner. Distance will not be a problem at all. I am used to working with distant couples and will guide you throughout the process. Below I will briefly illustrate how everything works, from the request for a quote to the receipt of your invitations and coordinated graphics.
STEP 0
INFORMATION TELEPHONE AND QUOTE
After the request for information you sent me, I will contact you for a telephone appointment. In this phone call, I will introduce myself and briefly explain what I have to offer. Then I will ask you to tell me about yourself, about your marriage, about what it will be like. I will get a first idea of ​​what your tastes and expectations are, to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. After a few days you will receive the quote.
Eventually we will contact you by phone to clarify some small details and immediately afterwards I will send you the first down payment invoice. The down payment invoice is used to actually start working on your project.
STEP 1
IDEAS and MOODBOARD
Since you have already told me a little about yourself and what you expect, let's dig in a little more. You can send me photos that you like found on the internet, elements you don't want to give up, tell me which colors you like and which you don't .... in short, you can fill my whatsapp with all the messages you want. These elements will be the starting point to create the moodboard, which will help us visually as a style guide to create the right graphic decoration for you!
Will draw for you a few alternative graphics, I will propose a color scheme and we will begin to explore the world of calligraphic style. In the moodboard you will find the colors I have identified, the possible illustrations or decorations and a very first sketch of your invitations. This way I can assure you that you will like the project 100%.
STEP 2
PROJECT
Once the moodboard is approved, I will proceed to develop the agreed graphic design. I will study everything for you, from graphic decoration to a calligraphic style that reflects your special day. There is no maximum number of elements that will make up your set, we will choose together how many pieces you will need depending on the information you want to give. You can choose from many formats and printing methods, as well as types of cards and envelopes. During the process, you will receive digital proofs that will be refined following your feedback and comments. There is no maximum number of feedbacks allowed, we will continue until you are 100% satisfied.
Once the graphics and the relative quantities have been confirmed, I will pay you the final balance which corresponds to the printing and shipping costs.
In the case of wedding coordinates (not just the invitations) then I will send you several down payment invoices for each part of the coordinated that we will subsequently print (*).
STEP 3
PRINTING, ASSEMBLY AND SHIPPING
Received the final payment, I will send your invitations to print, waiting to work on the assembly.
I can take care of everything; I cut, glue and decorate each graphic element by hand, covering or writing each envelope, embellishing each element with ribbons or wax seals.
When everything is ready, I will send your invitations and coordinated by qualified Express Courier, once they are received you will not have to do anything other than deliver them and surprise your guests!
(*) It is possible to order your Wedding Suite at two different times, first the invitations and then the other coordinated graphics for the wedding day; You will pay for the printing and shipping of the coordinates when they are actually printed and sent, depending on the final quantities. Let me explain better, usually the invitations are the first thing to send to the guests, but the menus or placeholders will certainly be defined a month before the wedding day. In this case, I will first print the participations, asking you to pay only the part relating to them, and then we will do the same with all the other elements provided for by your coordinate.
